The 2017 Master’s Collection Cherry Wood Smoked Barley Bourbon features malted barley exposed to wood smoke during kilning, imparting rich smoked almond notes to the mash. With a 30% malt content, this bourbon offers a higher malt ratio than traditional bourbons. The result is a fully matured Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that honors the craftsmanship of past distillery leaders Oscar Pepper and James Crow, who once distilled at the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery. The bottle is presented in a sturdy, wrap-around gift box with magnetic clasps hidden in the design.
