Description

The fourth release in Westland’s Native Oak Series, Garryana 4.1 highlights whiskey aged in Quercus garryana, or Garry oak, native to the Pacific Northwest. This whiskey was matured in a variety of cask types: rye casks (29%), new (19%) and refill Garry oak (7%), Pedro Ximénez hogsheads (16%), and bourbon casks (29%), each contributing to its unique flavor profile. Only 3,750 bottles were available for the 2019 edition, bottled in September 2019 at 50% ABV
