Description
Highland Park 10 Year Old is matured mainly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, resulting in a vibrant and smooth single malt bursting with flavors of crushed citrus fruit and lightly whipped vanilla cream. Aromatic peat smoke with hints of heather honey and a trace of peppery spice add to its complexity. It pairs wonderfully with pan-fried scallops wrapped in bacon or a salted-honey vanilla cream parfait, and it can also be used to create a classic Old Fashioned.
