Description

Deanston Distillery, located on the River Teith near Stirling, is the largest distillery owned by Burn Stewart Distillers Ltd. Originally a working mill, it was converted into a distillery in 1966. Known for its self-sufficient power from a hydro-electric facility, Deanston produces handcrafted Highland single malts. The 12-year-old expression, matured in ex-bourbon barrels, offers a bouquet of honey, cloves, and ginger. With a smooth, sweet profile and no smoke, it presents a delicate taste of honeyed fruit and gentle warmth, bottled at 46.3% ABV.
